LOWER DIVISIONS:

T-BALL:

T-ball baseball is for boys and girls 4-6 years old (4K & 5K) who want to learn the fundamentals of hitting and fielding. In T-ball, players hit a ball off a batting tee. Rules of the game are designed to accommodate the need for teaching. As a Non-Competitive Division, the primary goals of T-ball are to instruct children in the fundamentals of baseball, to allow them to experience the value of teamwork, and give them the opportunity to play baseball with their friends.

The 12 game season is scheduled to begin in late-May and finish in mid-July. Games will be held during the weekdays with a short practice before each game. Coaches generally host 2-4 practices (depending on weather) prior to the start of the season.

COACH PITCH:

Coach Pitch baseball is for boys and girls 7-8 years old (1st & 2nd grade) and will be hitting soft throws from their coach as well as continuing to build on the fundamentals of hitting and fielding. Rules of the game are designed to accommodate the need for teaching. UPPER DIVISIONS:

SINGLE A:

Single A baseball is for boys 9-10 years old (3rd & 4th grade) who are transitioning from coach pitched play to batting against opposing youth pitchers. This is Erin Baseball Club's entry-level competitive baseball division. Although this team is referred to as a Semi-Competitive team, the primary goal is to provide your player the best instruction and environment to learn the skills necessary to move up to the next level. The club will strive for a fair and balanced competition throughout the league and provide a suitable vehicle for team and individual skills development.

The 12 game season is scheduled to begin in mid-May and finish with a league championship tournament in late-July. Games will be held during the weekdays, sometimes up to two per week. Coaches will host multiple practices at our home field starting in April (weather permitting). We are also having "2024 Spring Training" at a local practice facility starting in March. More to follow regarding this opportunity. Scoring, stats, and standings are kept. Umpires officiate the games.

*Upper Divisions - some tournaments may require rostered players have a birthdate in a specific time window. Most games will be league play so our plan is to keep classmates in the same divisions.

We have traditionally had one team consisting of a maximum of 13 players in each division. If you find that the division your are attempting to sign up your player for is full, please email [email protected]. We may create a second team if we generate enough interest.
